Return / Refund Policy
As yet we have not had any issues in this area, however circumstances arise the following will apply:
RightCareIndex sells non-physical goods, so we do not issue any returns. When the order is completed and the listing is live we do not offer refunds unless exceptional circumstances occur.
In the unlikley event that exceptional cases take place, our company management will consider them closely.
We take into account requests for refund on the following reasons:
• You haven't been listed in the directory within the time period (see Timescale for Listings);
• If you are not happy with the look / wording of your listing please call us on 0844 800 9708 or email mail@rightcareindex.com to resolve the situation. If your situation cannot be resolved satisfactorily you will be issued with a refund, and your listing removed from our database.
Timescale for Listings
From reciept of payment your listing will be added / ammended within 48 hours. You can call 0844 800 9708 or email mail@rightcareindex.com to change your listing at any time, this service is free (telephone call costs 5p per minute).
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy sets out how RightCareIndex uses and protects any information that you give RightCareIndex when you use this website.
RightCareIndex is a directory, by nature the public has access to your contact details. RightCareIndex cannot be held responsible for persons contacting your company.
