6 Payment and Cancellation
For the cost of advertising on RightCareIndex.com please contact us 01872 321 327 or mail@rightcareindex.com requesting our rate card.
Payment is due 28 days from date of invoice.
Failure to pay within 28 days will result in the withdrawal of the advertisement or highlighted listing. The course of action required to receive FULL payment, including but not limited to notice of late payment and legal action, will be pursued. Upon receipt of full payment the advert/ highlighted listing shall be reinstated for the remaining time to the date of the original agreement.
Invoice may be sent by dated post, fax, or PDF via email.
Completed booking forms ordering highlighted listings/adverts can not be cancelled and are non refundable.
30 days notice will be given in the event that RightCareIndex website ceases to function permanently.
No notice will be given if a temporary need to close the site for less than 72hrs occurs.
